Refund and Returns Policy (Poland)

At PeryHome, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with each purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy in line with Polish consumer rights.
1. Right to Withdraw and Return Period
Under Polish consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Return Period: You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
- Notification Requirement: To initiate a return, you must notify us of your decision by email or in writing within the 14-day period.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Include a copy of the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
- Be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under Polish law:
- Custom-made or personalized products specifically created for the customer.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards and certain promotional items.
4. Return Process
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

- After approval, you will receive detailed return instructions, including a return authorization number.
- Pack the item securely, including all parts and original packaging, and include the return authorization number.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified about the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use, we may issue a partial refund as per the inspection results.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Exchanges depend on product availability, and the item must be in its original condition.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inform us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
